1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using the StockPlus application, you agree to be bound by these terms of use. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Description of the service

StockPlus is an inventory, sales and accounting application designed for merchants and SMEs in Africa. The service includes inventory management, sales tracking, inter-store transfers, invoicing and accounting.

3. Account creation and responsibility

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential, for all activity under your account, for keeping your information up to date, and for notifying us immediately of any unauthorised use. You must be at least 18 to create an account.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for illegal purposes
• Attempt to access other users' accounts
• Transmit viruses or malware
• Overload, damage or interfere with the service
• Copy or redistribute content without authorisation

5. Intellectual property

All elements that make up StockPlus are protected by intellectual-property law. Unauthorised reproduction is an infringement punishable by law.

6. Data ownership

You remain the sole owner of any data you enter in StockPlus. We act only as a hosting and technical service provider. You can request export or deletion of your data at any time.

7. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, StockPlus is not liable for data loss arising from misuse, indirect damages, or service interruptions caused by force majeure.

8. Suspension and termination

StockPlus may suspend or terminate your access in case of breach of these terms, fraudulent use, or non-payment.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Togolese Republic. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Lomé, Togo if no amicable agreement is reached.
