1. Introduction

This privacy policy describes how StockPlus collects, uses, stores and protects your personal data when you use our inventory and sales management application. By using StockPlus, you accept the practices described in this policy.

We are committed to protecting our users' privacy and processing personal data transparently and responsibly.

2. Data we collect

Identification data

  • Email or phone number (used as login identifier)
  • First and last name
  • Business or shop name
  • Account identifier (used to link your activity to your account)

Business data

  • Product and inventory information
  • Sales and purchase history
  • Invoicing and transaction data
  • Customer and supplier information

Technical data

  • Device type and operating system
  • IP address and country derived from it
  • Device identifiers
  • App usage events (screens viewed, actions taken)
  • Crash reports and error diagnostics

3. Purposes of processing and legal basis

We process your data for the following purposes:

  • Provide the service — operate your account, store your business data, sync across devices. Legal basis: performance of contract.
  • Security and fraud prevention — protect your account and detect abuse. Legal basis: legitimate interest.
  • Product analytics — understand how identified users adopt features, measure performance, and improve the product. Once you sign in, usage events are linked to your account. Legal basis: legitimate interest.
  • Service communications — send notifications about your account, billing, or material changes. Legal basis: performance of contract / legitimate interest.
  • Legal compliance — meet accounting, tax, and regulatory obligations. Legal basis: legal obligation.

4. Data sharing

StockPlus never sells your personal data. We share data in a limited way with the following categories of recipients:

  • Hosting: infrastructure providers
  • Payments: payment service providers
  • Analytics and diagnostics: third-party product-analytics and crash-reporting service providers
  • Legal obligations: upon legitimate request from a competent authority

Some of these providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States, under appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses). A current list of our sub-processors is available on request at support@stockplus.app.

5. Data retention

Your account and business data are kept for as long as your account is active. After deletion, they are permanently erased within 30 days, unless a legal obligation requires longer retention.

Product-analytics events are retained for a maximum of 24 months, after which they are deleted or aggregated into non-identifiable form. Crash and error diagnostics are retained for up to 12 months.

8. Cookies and in-app tracking

On the web, StockPlus may use cookies to ensure proper functioning, remember your preferences and analyse usage. In our mobile app we use similar technologies (device identifiers, local storage) for the same purposes. You can object to analytics processing at any time by writing to support@stockplus.app.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. For material changes we'll notify you in the app or by other appropriate means.
