Frequently asked questions
How do I create an account?
Download the StockPlus app from the Play Store or App Store. Open the app and follow the sign-up steps with your phone number. A verification code will be sent to confirm your account.
How do I add a product?
From the dashboard, go to the Products section and tap Add. Fill in the product details (name, price, stock quantity, category) and save.
How do I record a sale?
Go to the Sales section and tap New sale. Select the products, adjust quantities and confirm. Stock is updated automatically and a receipt is generated.
How do I add a shop?
Open your Settings, then My shops. Tap Add a shop, enter the name and address, then confirm.
How do I invite a team member?
In Settings, go to the Team section. Tap Invite a member, enter their phone number and assign a role (manager, cashier, etc.).
How do I export my data?
From the Reports section, select the period and the data type to export. Tap Export to download your data as CSV or PDF.
What if I forget my password?
On the login screen, tap Forgot password. Enter your phone number and you'll receive a verification code by SMS to create a new password.
Does the app need an internet connection?
Yes — StockPlus is a connected SaaS that syncs in real time across all your devices. A stable 4G or Wi-Fi connection is recommended.
