What happens when you delete your account?

When you request deletion of your StockPlus account, the following actions are irreversible:

  • All personal data is removed (name, phone, email)
  • All business data is removed (products, sales, stock, customers)
  • Your team memberships are revoked
  • Data cannot be recovered after deletion

How to request account deletion

By email

Email support@stockplus.app with the subject "Account deletion".

Please include:

  • Your registered phone number
  • Your business name

From the app

You can also delete your account directly from the app: Settings > My account > Delete my account.

Processing time

Your request will be processed within 7 business days. A confirmation email will be sent once deletion is complete.
